We are seeking an Implementation Manager with HR experience to guide clients through the onboarding process onto our SaaS-based human resource platform. The ideal candidate will facilitate smooth implementations, ensuring clients effectively transition and maximize the value of our offerings. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for this role.

What will you do?
You will lead implementation projects, align client needs with the platform capabilities, drive client value and work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and timelines
Be the main point of contact for our clients from point of sale through to deployment
Gather system requirements and business objectives from customers
Assess how best to configure the platform and provide guidance on best practices and successful deployment
Identify and analyze project risks & dependencies on an ongoing basis
Analyze operational data and use it to constantly scale and find efficiencies in internal workstreams
Work cross-functionally with our Sales, CS Engineers, Product & Account teams
Maintain detailed project plans to communicate project status both internally & externally
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Report and escalate to management as needed when project time deadlines become at-risk

Stakeholder Management - Manage relationships with internal teams (Development, Security, IT, Architecture, etc.) and external partners, coordinating across multiple integration points.

We are looking for a high-impact, experienced Project Manager to join our R&D team. As a Project Manager, you will implement and own a robust project-management methodology across our organisation. Youll drive the end-to-end lifecyclefrom requirements gathering through rollout and ongoing support, while continuously monitoring, analysing and improving how we deliver. Youll build and present KPIs to leadership, identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and raise the bar on delivery quality and efficiency. Technical background is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
Define, implement and champion a standardized Project Management methodology: covering scope definition, requirements capture, planning, execution, rollout, and post-deployment support.
Establish, track and present KPIs and dashboards for all major projects over time: metrics around delivery timelines, quality, resource utilisation, stakeholder satisfaction, risk & issue tracking.

Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, support, customer success teams: ensure smooth hand-offs, clear responsibilities, and alignment from requirements through to support.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement: propose and implement process enhancements, tooling improvements or standard templates to support scalable and repeatable project delivery.

During the course of a project, be the primary customer interface and perform project management activities that ensure adherence to our methodology.
