Our smART+™ platform is a sensor-based feeding system for intensive care unit (ICU) patients. It aims to prevent life-threatening complications such as ventilator-associated pneumonia, malnutrition, and acute kidney injury. We recently introduced Nutrition Management 2.0™, which is a comprehensive, guideline-driven approach that aims to improve nutrition while reducing feeding complications. Combined with our smART+™ platform, it monitors, analyzes, and prevents malnutrition and gastric aspirations in real time. By improving nutrition and achieving 100% feeding efficiency, the smART+™ platform greatly reduces hospital-acquired complications and speeds up ICU patient recovery. This is a temporary position (Maternity Leave Cover) for a period of approximately 8-9 months, with an option to extend to permanent employment. The QA Engineer Non-Conformity Leader shall have a responsibility that includes:
* Provide technical support in documenting & maintaining the Quality Management System through knowledge & understanding of ISO13485 & MDR.
* Alert management on critical issues and delay in tasks closure .
* continues improvements on the relevant processes.
* Co-operate with RA/QA/QC team to comply with regulations.
* Provide technical support in documenting & maintaining the Quality Management System through knowledge & understanding of ISO13485 & MDR.
* Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
* Suppliers- Control, monitor and approve all suppliers, perform and approve supplier evaluation, etc.
* Customers- analyzing issues reported via customer feedback, maintaining records and implementing changes to manufacturing when necessary.
* Support QMS- logistic activities for compliance with the approved written procedures and requirements.
* Discussing and solving problems related to manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers.
* Assist with the development and implementation of regulatory procedures.

* Implement, monitor, maintain and support Quality Assurance activities, throughout life cycle of Alma Lasers company, subsidiaries and products.
* Review, edit and maintain all QMS procedures.
* Participating in and supporting Alma daily QA activities (e.g. CAPA, Audits, Training, Management Review, Supplier qualification, Change Control).
* Prepare and participate in internal and external audits and certification tasks for CE, ISO 13485, MDSAP, FDA etc.
* Support QA goals to align with companys long-term strategy and regulatory requirements.

As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cloud-based Storage solutions. This position goes beyond traditional QA - it requires a holistic approach to quality, covering all aspects of the testing process and influencing product design from the earliest stages. You will design and execute complex TEST plans that replicate real-world customer environments, collaborate with engineering teams, and contribute to both manual and automated testing efforts. This position requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
* Early Involvement: Participate in requirement reviews and design discussions to identify potential issues early in the development lifecycle
* Design, configure, and execute complex TEST plans and TEST cases
* Develop TEST plans and cases for new functionality, covering all QA phases.
* Review and improve existing TEST plans to enhance coverage, address gaps, and prevent regressions.
* Partner with Engineering to plan testing for new functionality and resolve anomalies.
* Track and communicate testing status clearly to stakeholders.
* Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across multiple platforms.
* Execute and analyze automation tests and contribute to automation frameworks.
* Write BDD tests for automation
* Failure Analysis: Read and interpret logs, analyze failures, and identify potential bugsincluding determining ownership when issues are outside the team domain.
* Ensure compliance with QA methodologies and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
