What will your job look like?
Design, develop and implement deep learning algorithms to solve complex problems in computer vision
Take ownership of deep learning projects: Compose product requirements, design solutions, oversee execution, and collaborate with talented Algorithm Developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop solutions.
Analyze large datasets to improve algorithm performance and robustness.
Research the latest advancements in deep learning, multi-task learning, AI architectures, and apply them to enhance our algorithms.

As part of the algorithm team for the next generation of autonomous driving, you will:
Responsibilities
Understand deeply, implement, train, and evaluate recent state-of-the-art algorithms in computer vision (e.g., object detection, semantic segmentation, self-supervised learning, vision transformers) for various domains.
Adapt algorithms into robust and scalable production-ready algorithms. Write clean and efficient code, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and frameworks, and real-time needs. Take full responsibility for your algorithms end-to-end until deployment on the edge device for production.
Develop and implement new computer vision algorithms (architectures, loss functions, post-processing, training, and evaluation methods) that surpass SOTA algorithms and achieve desired performance levels in our domain.

Responsibilities
As a senior member of the Air2Road algorithm team, you will:
Research, design, and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models in computer vision (e.g., detection, segmentation, transformers, self-supervised learning).
Use classical computer vision algorithms together with deep learning to build robust solutions.
Translate research into production-ready algorithms, writing clean, efficient, and scalable code in Pytorch.
Explore creative ideas, experiment with novel architectures, and continuously push beyond current SOTA.
Take ownership of your work end-to-end, from concept through prototyping to deployment in production.

Required Senior Algorithm Developer - Deep Learning
In our group, we research, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art lidar and radar based techniques to achieve world-class results which will allow the safe development of Autonomous Driving features and Advanced Driver Assistant Systems.
This role requires working at our Ramat Gan offices at least 2 days per week.

Design, develop, and implement lidar and radar based algorithms in both C++ and python for solving complex problems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop solutions

Job Description:

Develop algorithms to solve challenging computer vision problems, reducing customers manual workfrom survey analysis to optimal drone flight planning.
Combine methods from deep learning, object detection, segmentation, classification, photogrammetry, 3D mapping, geometry, image processing, and optimization.
Conduct research and feasibility studies, define algorithm requirements, and integrate solutions into the product.
Bring solutions from theory to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, Operations) to align on goals and deliverables.
Take ownership of integrating AI capabilities into production and iterating based on real-world feedback.
