Were looking for an experienced Social Media team lead to lead and elevate our social presence across our company and Motion Array. This is a leadership role that combines strategic thinking, content creation, team development, and cross-functional collaboration. As Social Media team lead, youll own our social strategy end-to-end, mentor and grow a talented team, and drive impactful brand campaigns that resonate with our audience. Youll ensure that our social content is high-quality, engaging, and aligned with our brand guidelines, while bringing new ideas to the table to keep us ahead of the curve.Wake up for this Lead, mentor, and develop a team of social media managers and content creators, providing clear feedback, guidance, and growth opportunities. Own and execute the social media strategy across all platforms to drive engagement, awareness, and community growth. Launch innovative social initiatives that push creative boundaries and position our company as a leader in our industry. Monitor performance and optimize content using data -driven insights, A/B testing, and platform analytics to improve reach and engagement. Represent the Social Media team in planning sessions, campaign kickoffs, and stakeholder meetings. What Youll Do:

Social Media & Content Strategy (Traveler Products):
Develop and execute an organic social media strategy that builds brand awareness and engagement specifically for Navans newest traveler product across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn (employee advocacy), and emerging platforms.
Own the content calendar from ideation to execution, creating and sourcing compelling, on-brand content tied to traveler product updates, launches, and user value.
Partner with an external agency to build out our influencer marketing for this new traveler product, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on all related activities.

Community & Partner Experiences:
Act as the primary voice for this major new traveler product in online communities, proactively engaging and fostering a positive, inclusive environment for its user base.
Identify and nurture key community members, transforming early adopters and superfans into active advocates for the product.
