Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and design solutions, with a focus on user experience.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all platforms.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative design solutions.
Requirements: Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Certificate in design.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and adobe - must
Proven experience working directly with clients: gathering requirements, presenting design solutions, and incorporating feedback into final deliverables.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Creative and out-of-the-box thinking- must.
Knowledge in user research and UX research, ability to translate research findings into product design.
Utilizing AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
Working in an organized manner with a style guide/design system.
Delivering accurate and diverse UX solutions to problem.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
