The WFM group is looking for a talented Program Manager Lead to join its leadership team and play a critical role in driving excellence across our global operations.
This strategic, high impact role is focused on driving operational excellence, leading complex, cross functional initiatives in a dynamic environment and continuously improving productivity across our product portfolio.
As a key member of the WFM management, you will lead cross site program managers, be accountable for operational execution and ensure alignment with business goals. You will be responsible for budget control, cost optimization and ensuring that strategic decisions are effectively implemented across the organization.
You will closely collaborate with Engineering managers, architects, Product managers, QA leads and senior leadership. The group consists approximately 230 team members across Israel, the US, and India.

Own and manage group level operations, including budget planning, cost control, and execution management.
Ensure leadership decisions are translated into actionable plans and successfully implemented across teams.
Promote a data driven culture by monitoring and reporting on operational KPIs to senior management.

Identify and drive initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency across the group.
Monitor and enhance Agile and DevOps processes, ensuring teams are aligned with our company Agile Methodology and KPIs.
Lead the assimilation of GenAI tools to automate routine tasks, streamline workflows, and drive innovation.
Manage full program delivery, including content, timeline, quality and risk management.
Synchronize cross functional teams to ensure organizational readiness for releases.
Facilitate retrospectives and drive continuous improvement based on team feedback and insights.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager that will be responsible for Software programs and projects that are part of our solutions. We have been defining computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. As a Senior technical program manager in the Software Networking Architecture team, you will be a pivotable function in managing the software programs in the phase between initiation till its ready to be added to engineering as plan of record (POR).

You'll be part of a team of specialists who span across numerous technological fields related to the modern data center, such as distributed AI and deep learning systems, Networking Operating Systems, Virtualization, Storage, and more.

What you'll be doing:

You will manage networking software programs for our next generation AI Data centers during the early development phase (from initiation till feature is part of engineering plan of record (POR).

Responsible to coordinate between all project stakeholders in IL and around the world.

Develop and execute feature planning and prioritization of perception capabilities to meet the software programs' needs.

Identify risks, gaps, and bottlenecks in time, and find resolution with technical leaders and project management.

Work with product managers, architects, program management, and engineering team to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

As an Temporary IT Project Manager specializing in Infrastructure & Cloud, you will play a crucial role in driving successful outcomes for our critical IT projects. You will be responsible for standardizing processes, consolidating reporting, and improving communication with upper management, ensuring alignment with our evolving cloud-first strategy.

Lead & Manage Infrastructure & Cloud Projects:
Oversee projects such as cloud migrations and modernization, security initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, and IT infrastructure-related facilities improvements.
Drive project planning, execution, and closure adhering to best practices.
Process Standardization & Improvement:
Implement and maintain consistent project management methodologies for Infrastructure & Cloud projects.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and risk reduction.
Reporting & Communication:
Serve as primary point of contact for project updates.
Consolidate project reports, KPIs, and risk assessments.
Prepare clear presentations and reports for management.
Budget Management & Governance:
