We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and methodical professional to join our industry-leading Marketing team. Were looking for a data Analyst to join our data team and partner closely with our Customer Success organization to translate product usage data into actionable insights that drive adoption, retention, and customer value. In this role, youll bridge the gap between Customer Success and Product, providing the analytical foundation to help teams understand how customers engage with DealHubs platform. Youll identify patterns in usage and behavior, measure customer health, and help shape data -driven strategies that reduce churn and promote expansion. What Youll Do
* Partner with Customer Success to define and measure key metrics related to adoption, engagement, and value realization.
* Analyze customer usage data to uncover behaviors and product patterns that predict retention, growth, and churn risk.
* Build and maintain dashboards and data models in Power BI to give CSMs and leaders Real-Time visibility into customer health and product engagement.
* Provide actionable insights to the Customer Success leadership team that influence renewal and expansion strategies.
* Collaborate with the Product team to assess how feature usage correlates with customer outcomes and identify opportunities for product improvement.
* Monitor leading indicators of customer satisfaction and proactively highlight at-risk accounts.
* Support strategic Customer Success initiatives through data -driven analysis and storytelling.
Requirements: What Youll Bring 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, or data Analyst in a B2B SaaS company.
* Strong analytical mindset and a passion for understanding how customers derive value from products.
* Hands-on experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) for building intuitive, actionable dashboards.
* Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
* Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven record of driving business impact through data in customer-facing environments.
Nice to Have
* Familiarity with Customer Success platforms such as Gainsight, Totango, or ChurnZero.
* Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Pendo).
* Understanding of SaaS metrics like adoption rate, health score, expansion ARR, NRR, and churn.
* Background in data modeling or experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery).
