What you'll be doing:

Board designer in the HW team is the project leader.

The position consists of product specification, electrical schematics, component selection and layout guidance.

Hands-on development and testing in a lab environment, accompanying production and qualification processes.

What you'll be doing:

You own silicon bring-up schedule from power on to production release.

Negotiate silicon and board demand with teams and drive a bottom-up forecast.

Oversee and manage chip and board allocations across the company.

Lead prototype chip delivery to internal customers.

Track and coordinate engineering deliverables, key milestones and qualification/validation tasks in the new product introduction phase.

Identify and mitigate risks to schedules and programs.

Communicate status to cross-functional teams as well as upper management.

Continuously evaluate internal tools and processes and drive fixes to improve productivity.

Create new and fix existing processes between different teams.

Perform DFA for products and its related jigs.

Perform PFMEA for error-less implementation in a production line, while ongoingly managing product's quality in production line.

Develop and validate production process for each project type, striving for ideal robustness level prior HVM.

Real time-problem-solving of unknown engineering issues in the production line.

Integration and matrix management as product's engine and center key for success.

Taking care of world-class technologies in the areas of Data Centers, cloud, software defined networks, security for the most sophisticated markets and customers. The Switch products supports Ethernet and InfiniBand protocols, delivering a broad range of sophisticated networking, storage, and security services for the cloud, sophisticated compute and AI workloads. The candidate will need to ensure the release is delivered on time and in high quality, coordinate between development and testing groups and between global SW groups. In addition the role will require to gain good understanding of products dependencies.

What youll be doing:

Be an effective leader in crafting and driving a delivery high quality SW in an efficient way.

Partner with Engineering, Operations, Architecture and Marketing to coordinate the release of the products and ensure release will meet the schedule and with high quality

Take full ownership on the FW, SDK, NOS products from the kickoff to signoff.

Work with planning and tracking systems to lead the release progress, and build release indicators.

Partner with the QA teams to ensure alignment of all tests between the development, verification and QA groups.

Conduct release meeting and communicate release status. Resolve issues when they appear and raise red-flags when needed.

Collaborate with teams across the globe to drive process changes that can help improve development and release workflow.

Create packaging specifications and testing protocols.

Manage vendors' business relationships and all aspects of commercial engagements.

Develop, modify, and implement commodity strategy to align with our needs.

We are looking for a Network/Storage Test Engineer to join our End-to-End Cloud solution team. You are going to be part of the E2E Verification team with the main goal of testing and be part of defining the most sophisticated Ethernet/InfiniBand NIC and Switch features and topologies, which build fast enablement for the products to meet growing market demands. The ideal candidate will engage in testing and defining of Networking industry-leading systems and will bring with him an ability of the fast learning of new features, technologies, and protocol.

What you'll be doing:

Contribute to design review and product features requirements under the whole Ethernet/InfiniBand NIC & Switch portfolio and AI network.

Design and build setup topologies for appropriate product coverage with an emphasis on an emulation of customer large scale / complex environments.

Design, mentorship for testing automation team, and implement tests for the new features, as part of our growing network switch and adaptors division.

Lead innovation approach by prepare and deploy different POC activities, based on the growing field demands.

Generate comprehensive test reports during release execution procedure, assist with reproduction and debugs complex customer use cases, with determination of the issue root cause, be an engineering PIC for the full verification cycles of the customer use cases fixes provided by R&D team.

Execute end-to-end test scenarios in different scopes: Regression, Performance, Functional and Scale; Report the progress of testing and provide summary reports of testing activity.
