We are seeking a visionary and technically skilled Product Manager to join our Cybersecurity leadership team. This role is pivotal in identifying and monetizing new cybersecurity growth engines within AT&T.
You will drive innovation, shape product strategy, and lead the development of cutting-edge security solutions that protect our internal assets and customers and create new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead the product vision and strategy for a portfolio of cybersecurity products.
Identify emerging trends and technologies in the cybersecurity landscape and translate them into viable business opportunities.
Develop business cases and monetization strategies for new growth engines within AT&T.
Own the end-to-end product lifecyclefrom ideation and roadmap planning to launch and post-launch optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, research, and business stakeholders across global locations.
Define and prioritize product requirements based on market analysis, customer feedback, and internal insights.
Drive alignment on business, architectural, and operational needs with US-based and international stakeholders.
Monitor product performance, gather post-launch feedback, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
Requirements: 710 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Product Manager in a global organization, with both inbound and outbound responsibilities.
Proven track record of launching innovative cybersecurity products from concept to market.
Deep subject matter expertise in cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of threat landscapes, technologies, and market dynamics.
Experience in the telecom industry and B2B environments is essential; B2C experience is a plus.
Strong customer-facing skills and ability to engage with enterprse clients.
Background in software development and product analytics is advantageous.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership in navigating complex corporate environments and driving cross-functional initiatives.
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science is required; MBA is preferred.
