Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related subject8+ years of development experience, with extensive Software Engineering skills and system understanding2+ years of team leadership experience with ongoing hands-on development workDemonstrated passion for crafting meticulously designed and elegantly structured software solutionsProven ability to navigate uncharted territories in both code and theory autonomously, spanning the entire technology stackSolid proficiency in Python, including asynchronous and parallel programmingExperience in developing software from the ground up, showcasing innovation and problem-solving skillsExperience with data-engineering packages (Pandas, Pyarrow)Experience with big data frameworks (e.g. Spark) is an advantageExperience with ML / AI tooling (for training and/or serving) is highly desiredProficiency in distributed systems; familiarity with Kubernetes management and its ecosystem is an advantageExperience working with a large codebase is an advantage
