We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to be one of the first data science hires for our newly formed ML team. This is a unique ground-floor opportunity to build our data science capabilities from scratch and have direct influence on our analytical and modeling approaches. This role combines advanced data science expertise with foundational contributions, requiring someone who can develop sophisticated models, conduct deep analytical research, and help establish the data science methodologies that will guide the team as we scale. As one of our founding data scientists, you'll work closely with our Tech Lead to shape our modeling approaches, define our analytical standards, and build the fundamental data science skill set for future hires.
What You'll Do:
Build foundational data science capabilities: As one of our first data science hires, work with the Tech Lead to develop core modeling methodologies, analytical frameworks, and research practices
End-to-end model development: Take ownership of complete ML model lifecycle - from initial research and experimentation through production deployment and monitoring
Build impactful models: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that solve complex business problems across payments, risk, and customer analytics
Define analytical standards: Help establish best practices for data exploration, feature engineering, model validation, and statistical analysis
Conduct deep research: Lead exploratory data analysis and research initiatives to uncover insights and identify ML opportunities across the business
Partner with stakeholders: Work closely with business teams to understand requirements, translate problems into data science solutions, and communicate findings effectively
Establish model development practices: Help set up our approach to model experimentation, A/B testing, and performance monitoring
Shape data science culture: Contribute to establishing the team's analytical rigor, documentation standards, and knowledge-sharing practices
Drive innovation: Research and evaluate new ML techniques, algorithms, and approaches that could benefit our business use cases.

As our Senior Staff Product Security AI Lead Researcher, you will spearhead research and development efforts focused on advanced guardrails for securing our Generative AI (GenAI) and agentic AI systems. You will lead AI and data science initiatives to pioneer methods for assessing and improving the security and safety of our AI models. Collaborating closely with the engineering team, specialised security researchers, and other AI specialists, you will translate cutting-edge research into actionable security solutions that significantly enhance the integrity of our AI offerings.

What Youll Do:
Lead innovative AI security and safety research, particularly around developing and refining guardrails for GenAI and agentic AI.
Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive testing protocols and evaluations to ensure AI model security and robustness.
Work collaboratively with engineering teams and specialized security researchers to integrate security best practices into the AI development lifecycle.
Provide expert insights on emerging threats and vulnerabilities unique to AI systems and propose effective mitigation strategies.
Communicate research outcomes clearly, influencing technical and strategic decisions throughout the organization.
Actively contribute to thought leadership in the AI security domain, participating in internal and external presentations, research publications, and standards development.

We are seeking a Staff-level Senior Researcher to join AI Adversarial Robustness Research (A2RS), a multidisciplinary team focused on securing AI and GenAI models and systems. Were looking for innovative team players who love new challenges, enjoy cracking tough problems, and thrive in cross-functional environments.
In this role, you will partner with data scientists and security researchers to define how we secure AI applications.
Responsibilities
Research AI and GenAI systems from a security perspective to understand when and how they are vulnerable to a variety of threats
Blue team: Explore innovative ways to enhance the security of AI systems
Red team: Analyze the attack surface of state-of-the-art AI technologies
Center of Excellence: Collect and synthesize research literature and open-source tools to build and maintain a robust knowledge base for adversarial robustness of AI systems
Distill and share AI security knowledge within and externally through seminars, blogs, papers, and conference talks.
