Requirements:
Technical Skills and Experience

Proven experience designing and building scalable, distributed systems and services in .NET/C# (preferred) or other modern languages (Java, Go, etc.).
Expertise in designing event-driven architectures using Kafka or equivalent messaging systems.
Deep understanding of data pipelines, message queues, batch and stream processing at scale.

As a principal architect in the Advanced Development team, you will explore technological challenges on accelerate networking and building AI data centers as well as research new transport functions and semantics for optimizing AI workloads. You will also be leading architectural and development efforts across numerous technological fields, related to the modern data center, such as distributed AI and deep learning solutions, data analytics, High Performance Computing (HPC), Software Defined Networking (SDN), virtualization, storage, and more.
What youll be doing:
Enhance our company's future GPU Networking offerings for accelerating AI workloads.
Lead vision, architecture and design of such technologies.
Lead proof-of-concept development to evaluate and drive such technologies.
Identify and evaluate new technologies, innovations and partner relationships for alignment with our technology roadmap and business value.
Work with the community and maintainers to drive strategic technologies.

Requirements:
M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering from a leading university (or equivalent experience).
15+ years of industry experience (or equivalent) in systems architecture or related fields.
Experienced in virtualization, networking and storage.
Experienced in either Windows or Linux drivers, with a very good background of the other OS.
Deep understanding of performance profiling and optimization techniques, together with defining and using HW offloads.
A teammate with a can-do attitude, high energy and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability and flexibility to work and communicate effectively in a multi-national, multi-time-zone corporate environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative professional to work with both local and international organizations on strategic initiatives.
What you Will do?
Work with top Israeli & Fortune 500 organizations on their Enterprise Architecture and IT strategy.
Examining, planning, and building a roadmap for implementing organizational architecture (EA) in large and complex organizations.
Consult and design on a wide variety of technologies, including Cloud adoption, Core systems modernization, Data, AI, Digital experience, Cyber, Integration, Open API, DevOps, etc.
Guidance and mentoring of senior executives in the implementation of architecture and the provision of technological solutions.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or substantial practical experience equivalent.
7-9 years of experience in technology field - Must
Consulting experience with a focus on information systems and/or business processes.
Diverse technology-related experience across multiple disciplines: development, infrastructure, data analysis, product, presale, tech project management, cloud architecture.
Proficiency in modelling tools (e.g., Figma, Visio, draw.io, UML)
Experience with at least one of the top cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
Ability to communicate in professional Hebrew & English
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
Additional experience - an advantage:
Consulting experience with a focus on enterprise architecture and IT strategy
Previous role as an IT or R&D architect
Master's degree in computer science of business administration (with IT focus)
Relevant certification (Cloud architect, etc.)
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF)
Active security clearance (Israel)
