As a Senior backend Developer in the team, you will be part of a high-impact team responsible for building scalable infrastructure, optimizing performance, and integrating with external systems. Youll work on complex backend features, contribute to architectural decisions, and help shape the future of our data platform.
What Youll Do:
Design and implement backend features for large-scale data operations, including cache management, and performance optimization. Contribute to the design and development of a new computation system, built to support scalable, high-performance data processing across our platform. Build infrastructure components that support scale, reliability, and maintainability across cloud environments. Collaborate with architects and initiative leads to ensure backend solutions are consistent with company-wide architecture and support long-term scalability and maintainability. Participate in design discussions, code reviews, retrospective meetings, and sprint planning. Develop unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality, production-ready code. Investigate and resolve complex bugs related to data processing, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure. Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across the team.

We are looking for an experienced senior backend developer for a new project intended to create and build a new platform for the next generation of cutting-edge software, based on a modern platform to enable innovations and integration of different software and technologies.


As a senior developer, you will lead the creation of this new platform. You will lead brainstorming and discussions along with Product to build this new Platform. Also, taking part in the team building as well as delivering new features, and building the infrastructure for the new SaaS.

What youll do:

Participate in designing and building the architecture of the new product.

Take ownership of parts of the new platform infrastructure building.

Define and implement POCs for new technologies and tools.

Implement features and new technologies integrations following POCs.

Take part of design and code reviews.

Take part to set the standards of end-to-end automation development.

Required Backend Developer
What youll do:
Work closely with Algorithm and NLP developers to integrate complex post-logic, leveraging the latest AI models and tools to enhance content personalization, tagging, and automation across our solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs with a focus on high performance, scalability, and low latency powering live and recorded content experiences at scale.
Design and implement event-driven systems that power real-time workflows across our platform, using technologies like Kafka or Azure Service Bus to enable scalable, decoupled communication between services.
Work on real-time video and metadata processing pipelines that support our various products.
Lead and contribute to cross-service orchestration mechanisms, implementing design patterns to ensure consistency and reliability across distributed systems.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver customer-facing features that drive engagement and enhance the fan experience.
Stay up to date with the latest in backend, video, and cloud technologies and bring that knowledge back to level up the team.
