A rapidly growing Israeli company is seeking a Senior Full Stack team leader to lead the R D team behind its core technology product.
This innovative, insight-driven optimization platform analyzes vast amounts of advertising data and transforms it into Real-Time recommendations and insights for publishers, providing a powerful advantage for performance and marketing teams.
As a team leader, you will play a central role in shaping both the companys technology and its business success, driving large-scale, data -centric development initiatives.
Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on development experience, including at least 3 years leading development teams
Strong back-end expertise with a microservices approach using Node.js
Solid experience with React and Front-End architecture
Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases
Passion for building products that create real business impact
Strong coding practices, excellent communication skills, and proactive leadership
