Responsibilities

Tune content performance by devising A/B tests and analyzing their effectiveness.

We are looking for a Data Analytics Team Lead to help scale our analytics capabilities. This role requires a hands-on leader who will be deeply involved in analyzing data, building classification intelligence, and owning data products and processes. You will own core FP&A processes including company-wide budgeting, forecasting, cost modeling, and strategic financial analysis. Initially, youll lead these functions independently and work cross-functionally with leaders in Sales, Legal, Procurement, and HR.
