We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation & Integration Project Manager to lead and manage ERP implementation and optimization projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP project leadership, a deep understanding of manufacturing environments, and the ability to work across multiple disciplines to drive successful implementation and adoption. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, supply chain, production, and engineering. Ensure alignment between business requirements and ERP system capabilities. Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve project-related issues. Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, and go-live activities. Train and support end-users to ensure smooth adoption of ERP solutions. Manage relationships with ERP vendors and external consultants. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and best practices. Ensure seamless integration between ERP and other enterprise systems such as MES, PLM, CRM and financial systems. Drive system integration across ERP modules, ensuring a holistic and streamlined business process. Take a cross-organizational, process-oriented approach to ERP implementation, aligning system capabilities with overall business strategy. Requirements
Qualifications: Proven experience leading ERP implementation or migration projects. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes in a multidisciplinary environment. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Priority, or Costpoint. Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. BSc in Information Systems, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in ERP system integration with other enterprise platforms. Strong ability to design and implement cross-module integration within the ERP system. PMP or similar project management certification advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a defense or aerospace manufacturing environment. Knowledge of ITAR regulations and compliance. Hands-on experience integrating ERP with MES and PLM systems. 

Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in SAP implementation (TM / MM / SD), with focus on pricing processes.
* Experience with SAP development processes, including functional and technical design, BRD writing, and collaboration on development and integration (advantage: OData, global environments).

Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in SAP Data & Analytics, with at least 3 years in a managerial/team lead role Must.
Proven experience managing and mentoring DATA/BI teams in large-scale, cross-organizational SAP projects.
Demonstrated ability to define and execute data and BI strategy, including architecture, governance, and innovation.
Hands-on familiarity with SAP Datasphere (Data Warehouse Cloud), SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Data Intelligence, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) , BTP .
Experience integrating SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC) with BI platforms, Data Lakes, and cloud environments.
Experience with additional modern data technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Services, AWS Data Services, Google BigQuery, or similar.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate business requirements into SAP data solutions.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, including experience working with global teams and presenting to senior management.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Fluent English (spoken, written, and reading).
