As a Senior Product Designer for Editor, you will join the Editor product group, helping them to drive their vision and build new and exciting experiences.
You will work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, content designers, product marketing, marketing and support operations, to deliver exceptional product flows, features, visual concepts and more.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to define, design, and deliver best-in-class user experience that will achieve our business objectives
Develop a deep understanding of our users by conducting research, data analysis, customer interviews, and usability testing
Map possible scenarios and create detailed product flows
Take ownership of the full design cycle, from collecting inspiration through conducting user research to creating pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios from development to delivery

As Product Design Team Lead for the Editor, youll lead a team of talented designers and take full ownership of design delivery, team growth, and design quality within one of most strategic areas. This is a leadership role with direct management responsibility, where youll shape the teams impact, set the bar for design excellence, and ensure we deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences across the Editor.

Youll work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and content design to set direction, drive execution, and continuously improve how we design, collaborate, and ship. Set design direction and uphold high standards of design quality, usability, and user impact
Provide strategic input on product and design decisions, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders

Required Product Designer
As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our fan-first design vision for us. Youll join a team of designers to craft intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences that align with our brand and empower our global audience. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, youll translate complex user needs and business goals into elegant design solutions.
What Youll Do:
Lifecycle Ownership: Lead projects from concept through research, execution, and iterative improvements.
Design Leadership: Lead by example, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
User-Centered Design: Drive user research to deeply understand our users needs, behaviors, and pain points, translating insights into impactful design solutions.
Design Excellence: Drive the creation of high-quality, visually appealing, and functional designs for web, mobile and our back-office platforms.
Strategy & Vision: Partner with functional leads to ensure alignment with business objectives and product goals.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data analysts, to deliver innovative features and enhancements.
Prototyping & Testing: Lead prototyping efforts and usability testing to validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate them into the design process.

Required Brand Designer Temporary Position
As a Visual Designer, you will work on company-wide projects to apply brand guidelines as well as contribute to expanding our visual language. You will create video content, graphics, and animation for a variety of digital platforms.
What youll do:
Create and execute concepts, artwork, animation, and video content which may include:
designing and creating all brand materials, including campaigns, website pages, conferences
Creating images and visual assets to accompany content, including blog banners, social media posts, infographics
Create unique event themes, logos, Merchandise and on-screen graphics.
