What youll do:
Design the next-generation developer experience for the agentic AI worlddefining how AI agents look, behave, and interact with users, and shaping the way developers collaborate with intelligent agents.
Work closely with the Cognition product and engineering teams to create delightful and effective developer experiences for complex systems in the IDE space
Prototype complete experiences (going beyond screens) to make an improved product and service feel tangible

Deeply understand the end-to-end user experience of developers, identifying workflow pain points and opportunities for AI augmentation
Contribute to the design system for Cognition, ensuring consistent, elegant, and developer-friendly UX patterns across the experience

Your role: building AI-powered, human-centered experiences

You own the design of AI-powered features and end-user experiences across our products, with a focus on usability, clarity, and impact
