We are hiring for an early stage Start up in the mobile B2C domain our first in-house tech lead, someone whos excited to plan, build, and own across architecture, backend, mobile delivery, and AI integration. Youll help guide the products technical direction, collaborate closely with product and psychology leadership, and manage offshore development and QA resources. This is a foundational role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys solving real-world problems, and wants to help define how our product, and our company, evolves. What Youll Own
* Lead architecture, backend systems, infrastructure, and mobile delivery
* Launch and optimize in-app purchases on IOS and Android
* Integrate OpenAI APIs into daily engagement and coaching experiences
* Extend and modularize our current Bubble-based MVP stack
* Manage offshore dev and QA delivery
* Ship fast alongside product and psychology
* Contribute to long-term technical planning and future hiring
Requirements: What Were Looking For
* Experience building and shipping B2C mobile apps (wellness, social, productivity a plus)
* Strong backend and architecture skills with a modular, scalable mindset
* Comfortable with hybrid stacks (Bubble, Natively, React Native, Flutter, etc.)
* Familiarity with in-app purchase flows and mobile store guidelines
* Loves to build, iterate, and get hands-on
* Deep curiosity around AI, prompt design, and emerging tech
* Excited to influence not just the product, but the team and culture were building
