5+ years of experience in online marketing, with a specialization in discovery platforms ( Meta & TikTok Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale performance campaigns (minimum of $500K monthly spend on Meta)
* Deep expertise in paid social , including advanced knowledge of platform tools, attribution, and performance metrics. Creative and analytical mindset – able to generate unique concepts , spot and adapt to platform trends , and pair creativity with data-driven decision-making. Savvy in the creator and UGC ecosystem , with strong awareness of how this world shapes platform performance and consumer behavior. Hands-on experience with AI tools – daily use for workflow optimization, creative ideation, data analysis, and campaign execution.
* Experience in B2C environments is highly preferred.
