We are looking for a top-notch Backend Engineer who will work on our next first-to-market products and tackle highly challenging problems by building innovative, scalable solutions. This position will be based in our R&D office in the heart of Tel-Aviv.

In this role, you'll be responsible for building scalable pipelines handling billions of events per day and building new customer-facing innovative products. We deeply encourage our engineers to develop a deep understanding of our industry and our customers and growth in their engineering skills. You will take part in our major projects and tackle complex problems in the realms of orchestrating a cost-effective and scalable architecture in our AWS stack. Responsibilities and Duties:

data Integration (60%)
Design, build, and maintain seamless data integrations with customers using Streams, Databases (DBs), and APIs.
Ensure efficient data mapping, transformation, and validation processes.
Optimize integration pipelines for performance and scalability.
Customer Support Issue Resolution (30%)
Troubleshoot and resolve integration or data -related issues for customers.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients optimize their data processes.
Work closely with Customer Success teams to enhance the onboarding experience and reduce time to value.
Continuous Improvement (10%)
Provide insights to enhance data integration processes, improve system efficiency, and contribute to automation efforts.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement best practices.

The Role:
Design and implement end-to-end DevOps delivery solutions
Collaborate with the R&D to optimize development, deployment, reliability, failover scenarios, and scale
Work on CI/CD, automations and DevSecOps domains
Lead POC and tech selection processes from idea to implementation.
Manage centralized observability and governance solutions
Develop and integrate infrastructure tools in support of our production
Automate the provisioning and configuration
As a core member of the team, you will participate in 'On-Call' duties on production systems, working in non-conventional hours including weekends and holidays (from time to time).
