As a Medical Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding marketing and medical activities to ensure they are conducted ethically and compliantly. You will be responsible for crafting guiding documents and SOPs, providing training, and advising on promotional materials and interactions with healthcare professionals. Your expertise will help uphold our company standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring that our actions align with the Global Policies on Ethical Interactions and applicable external codes.
Accountabilities
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Act as the authority on medical quality and standards for company therapy areas, including promotional claims acceptability and interactions with healthcare professionals.
- Guide the approach and tone for medical standards within the company therapy areas, integrating them into everyday business while supporting innovation.
- Review and approve promotional and medical materials for compliance with Global Policies and Standards.
- Serve as a final signatory for items and activities undergoing local approval.
- Collaborate with commercial, compliance, and legal functions to interpret company policy on complex compliance and ethics topics.
- Support knowledge sharing with local Marketing Company functions to optimize brand messages within regulatory constraints.
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Regulatory/Compliance/PV/QA/Medical from the Pharma industry
- Good scientific understanding of the company's therapeutic areas
- Knowledge and experience of corporate governance
- Knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry political environment and of as an important and leading player
- Experience of successful cross functional and worldwide influencing
- Fluent English
