As the Team Lead for Full-Stack Development, focusing on Cyber Attack Simulation, you will be responsible for guiding both the front-end and back-end development efforts of our product that simulates cyber attackers targeting organizations. This leadership role manages a team of up to 8 professionals, including front-end developers, back-end developers, and QA automation specialists, driving the creation of comprehensive simulation tools. This position requires a strong command of our entire technology stack and the ability to make impactful architectural and design decisions.

What you will do:
Lead a full-stack team of developers and QA specialists in designing and implementing bridge and attack simulation tools.
Spearhead architectural decisions for both client-side and server-side components, ensuring the creation of scalable, efficient, and robust solutions.
Maintain hands-on technical expertise with our full technology stack, including Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Redis, MongoDB, AWS, Kafka, NX, and React.
Champion the implementation of rigorous testing protocols, including unit and integration tests.
Advance our DevOps practices, managing and enhancing CI/CD pipelines for optimal deployment and integration.
Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with other teams to align project goals and timelines, ensuring timely and efficient project deliveries.
Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Remain updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, integrating innovative solutions to enhance product capabilities.

As the Senior developer for Cyber Agent, you will be in charge of developing and managing our organization's agent-side cyber logic and integrating it with various SIEM products. This role requires managing both the backend and client-side of the agent, ensuring the agent operates flawlessly within its cybersecurity role. Your leadership will guide the team in utilizing a broad tech stack including C#, .NET and modern web technologies to develop robust solutions

What You Will Do?

An exceptional leader with strong technical skills, expertise in various operating systems, and extensive experience in developing desktop applications and services.
Must have proficiency in concurrency processes, parallel processing, and multi-threading, as well as deep knowledge of on-premise server environments, including
how processes and file management operate at scale.
Expertise in C# and .NET is required, along with a strong understanding of low-level system operations and how underlying mechanisms function.
Worked in a team which was responsible for the agent softwares development, encompassing both back-end and desktop client components, and integration with
SIEM products (advantage) .
Architect and oversee the development of agent on-premise solutions using a diverse tech stack.
Drive the design decisions and technological strategies that ensure seamless functionality and integration of the agent with various systems.
Maintain a hands-on approach in the development process, ensuring the adoption of best practices in software engineering.
Spearhead the implementation of rigorous testing and QA protocols to ensure product reliability and security.
Facilitate eRective communication within the team and with cross-functional units to align goals and maximize eRiciency.
Mentor and support team members in their professional development, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

What You Will Do?
Design and implement our products and infrastructure stack, including internal systems, user experience, and advanced security features.
Research new technologies, products, solutions for programmatic challenges.
Work in rapid development and agile methodologies.
Collaborate with other team leaders and developers to refine software designs and improve our development process.
Lead by example in adopting advanced technologies and techniques in software development.

Test Case Management: Define, create, and manage comprehensive test cases using tools like Qase or other test management platforms.
Automation Development: Develop and maintain E2E automation scripts using Playwright, JS-based frameworks, or .NET testing frameworks to streamline test execution.
Manual Testing: Perform thorough manual testing for complex cybersecurity environments, ensuring product stability and functionality.
Production Issue Investigation: Analyze logs, errors, and issues from production and customer environments, working closely with development teams for debugging and resolution.
E2E Testing Implementation: Design and execute end-to-end test scenarios covering critical user flows and edge cases.
Quality Assurance & Gatekeeping: Act as a product stability gatekeeper, ensuring high-quality releases by proactively identifying defects and risks.
AWS Tools (Advantageous): Experience with AWS services such as S3 for validating cloud-based workflows.
