* You will lead the development of a modern, Embedded Linux-based Platform that drives SolarEdge next-generation products.
* You will design and review technical solutions, ensuring they meet project requirements and standards.
* You will work with system and software architects, maintaining a holistic view of the product to ensure development efforts align with long-term architectural goals and cross-functional requirements.
* You will lead the planning, execution, and testing phases of IoE projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
* You will be in charge of recruiting, training, and leading new and existing team members while shaping the standards of the team.
* You will use modern technologies and management methodologies.

Requirements: * BSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent – must.
* Proven experience in managing and leading software development teams – must
* Strong proficiency in C++ programming language – must.
* Experience in Embedded Linux Systems
* Experience in building complex solutions and leading efforts of multiple developers
* Strong proficiency in C programming language
* Experience in Python
* Deep understanding of Agile Methodology - advantage
