We are looking for an experienced Engineering Operations & Agile Coach to join our growing technology team. This hybrid role is critical to scaling our engineering practices, enabling team productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with engineering leadership to drive operational excellence, refine agile processes, and improve metrics and visibility across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Engineering Operations:
Establish and maintain frameworks for better planning, tracking, and execution of engineering work.
Facilitate engineering quarterly plan, monitor its progress, identify risks and issues, and drive for mitigation strategies.
Define and track engineering KPIs, then turn insights into action.
Drive cross-team initiatives to improve development velocity, quality, and predictability.
Partner with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to streamline workflows and delivery.
Agile Coaching:
Coach teams and leaders on agile best practices tailored to our context (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.).
Facilitate retrospectives, team health checks, and workshops to identify areas of improvement.
Guide teams through agile transformations or scaling efforts (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, or custom models).
Help shift mindset from process compliance to outcomes and ownership.
Requirements: 5+ years in engineering operations, agile coaching, scrum mastering or engineering leadership roles.
Deep understanding of modern agile methodologies and team dynamics.
Experience working with engineering metrics and tooling (Jira, Linear, GitHub, etc.).
