Take Product design ownership overall platform areas (Dashboard, Studio, Editor, and mobile app)
Collaborate closely with the product, engineering, and design teams in order to define, design, and deliver intuitive UI/UX solutions.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, high-end designs and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

What you will do:
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
Communicate user experiences throughout the design process and produce design deliverables such as wireframes, user flow diagrams, storyboards, mock-ups, interactive prototypes, presentation decks, and visualization specs.
Lead cross-functional workshops to define project requirements and user stories.
Identify project dependencies and mitigate risks by optimizing design workflows.

As our new Senior Product Designer at our company, you will be instrumental in solving complex problems for our global users, setting the standards for UI components, interaction patterns, and product and visual design. You should have deep empathy for users and a strong commitment to user-centered design principles.
You will take ownership end to end, from research through prototyping to design and usability testing, and partnering with product managers, engineers, and content strategists to oversee people's experience with the product from conception to launch. You will design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.

we are looking for a curious UX Researcher with a true passion for learning and understanding people's behaviors and needs, and a user-centric approach. With a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to gathering insights, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. As a UX Researcher, youll conduct collaborative and independent research, analyze real user behavior, generate recommendations, and work with Product Designers, UX writers, Product Managers, and developers to improve our existing products and help take our company to the next level when planning and developing new features and products. You'll synthesize complex information into actionable insights, effectively communicating your discoveries to multidisciplinary teams.
This position is temporary, a replacement for maternity leave.
What am I going to do?
Plan and execute user studies including usability tests, user interviews, discovery studies, and more, with the goal of learning about and improving new and existing our company flows, features, and products.
Work closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and UX Writers to assure an exceptional user experience across our companys platform.Your insights will bridge the gap between user needs and our product design strategies, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
Gather, process, and present research data to a variety of stakeholders, offering conclusions and recommendations, aiming to influence product strategy and the user experience vision.
Initiate and implement processes and initiatives aimed to develop the culture and efficiency of our team. This includes developing and implementing UX research education and training programs, ensuring that our team stays at the forefront of UXR best practices and methodologies.
Contribute to the development and refinement of our companys UX research projects, integrating innovative research techniques and tools. Be a proactive advocate for user-centered design, guiding our product improvements with strategic insights and clear, practical recommendations.
