We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our highly experienced global team in the R&D department.
As a Backend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable solutions for our Infrastructure Monitoring product line. The Infrastructure Monitoring team is responsible for a diverse range of products, including but not limited to Kubernetes observability , DB monitoring, Cloud monitoring.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of advancing these products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and innovation.

Requirements: 4+ years of Backend experience with Python, or Rust
Database mastery: In-depth knowledge of database architecture, optimization, and security best practices.
Cloud provider fluency: AWS, Azure, or GCP you speak their languages.
Complex systems design: you thrive in architecting scalable solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Monitoring stack experience: Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, StatsD.
Kubernetes & Docker understanding: containerization is your second language.
Bootstrapping prowess: you've been part of high-performing teams from scratch.
