A large and leading organization is seeking a data Scientist to join its Model Development Team.
The team is responsible for leading the development of strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives across all business units of the bank, leveraging advanced AI technologies and state-of-the-art models in areas including marketing, customer service, pricing, and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, development, and deployment of models on AWS-based infrastructure
Derivation of actionable insights from data using advanced analytical tools and artificial intelligence technologies
Definition of algorithmic solutions to address complex business challenges
Analysis of structured and unstructured data from diverse sources
Presentation of analytical findings and strategic business insights to stakeholders
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end model development, with mandatory experience in Machine Learning models for classification and regression.
At least 5 years of experience in processing and analyzing large-scale tabular datasets.
Proven, hands-on experience in Python development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical and analytical solutions

Advantage for Experience in developing Generative AI-based applications
Experience working in large, complex organizations and a broad, system -oriented perspective
Practical development experience and strong business understanding within the banking or financial services domain
Experience working in cloud based environments
Experience in data processing using PySpark
