Functionally Analyze and Design new Payment integrations and Products. Execute and Deliver shoulder to shoulder with R&D and QA as a key pivot in the Agile/Scrum process. Serve as a key focal point in the knowledge transfer processes of every completed project.
Help facilitate our business units independence on the related day-to-day operations. Routines: Preparing a configuration guide, perform knowledge transfer sessions with the Payment Ops team and/or other related business units. Payment Ops Gate meetings.
Use data to measure a project or products success and analyze key factors contributing to it or preventing it. Routines: Database, BI and Kibana queries on all environments. Effort assessments. Project retrospective/Lesson learn meetings.
