Product Designer With a major experience in UX!
What will you do?
Design the user interface of complex systems from end to end - from the stage of sprouting the idea and analyzing the need through user analysis, characterization, design and development support to user feedback and delivery of the finished product.

Responsibilities:
End-to-end UX and UI responsibility in a rapidly growing innovative company
Conduct a full design cycle, from collecting inspiration to creating a perfect UI for all states and scenarios, and deliver to development.
Provide UX/UI design that is branded, creative, and innovative while facilitating a useful interactive experience.
Be service-oriented and able to present, explain and justify designs to stakeholders.
Conduct product research based on support tickets, data, competitor analysis and feedback from customers, to deeply understand our users challenges.
Define and maintain visual language and standards to create the application style guides for developers.
Effectively manage tasks across multiple projects, deliver according to agreed timelines and ensure high-quality execution of all deliverables.

This position will be ideal for an experienced creative that understands and loves digital product design, and also has a design-studio spirit, where a day of work will go through a variety of companies, from early-stage start-ups to global corporations, locally and abroad, to understand their needs and cultivate relationships.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Interact daily with clients from a variety of companies. Build project plans, timelines, and write creative briefs
Develop and pitch ideas and concepts, both verbally and written to clients and management
Develop full brand identities and digital design systems, from ideation to execution
Lead the design of a variety of digital products, such as apps, dashboards, websites, environments, and more, working closely with Product and UX experts to provide the best experience.
Ensure delivery within time and budget without compromising quality
Manage, direct and coordinate work with outsource professionals such as researchers, copywriters, animators, illustrators, etc.
Coordinate projects and delivery with team members from Product, R&D, Sales, Q&A, and more.

Oversee production of all assets and instructions required by the R&D teams to execute designs
