Job Description:
Apart from being hands-on and performing legal work, you'll supervise external and internal legal activities, both within Israel and globally. Focusing primarily on Product and Privacy compliance, you'll work with product teams, handle our data privacy, draft agreements, and lead negotiations. You'll also provide professional guidance and support to our employees. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in keeping our legal interests secure and promoting our success.

Our Privacy team is growing, and we are looking for a Legal Data Specialist to join the team.
About the Role
We are in search of a Legal Data Specialist with an astute legal mind, analytical proficiency, and technical expertise for our expanding legal data department. In our privacy group, your role will encompass identifying large-scale privacy violations using our data products and pioneering new data pipelines. You'll also delve deep into legal document analysis, formulate inventive intelligence collection strategies, and harness advanced technology for data extraction within the privacy sector. Your multifaceted contributions will be instrumental in refining our research and production processes.

Responsibilities:
Play a key role in our Analysis core team - fuse intelligence gathering, data analysis, and legal research.
Translate the companys needs into actionable data collection plans.
Locate new data sources, using advanced analytical tools.
Help establish automatic methods in collaboration with our Product and Data Engineering team.

As we expand we're looking for a talented and experienced Compliance Officer to join our rapidly growing company.
The Compliance Officer will report to the General Counsel. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that company operations comply with global privacy standards and regulations and will be responsible to actively monitor and help drive compliance management with a strong emphasis on privacy. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of global privacy regulations, particularly GDPR and US privacy laws, and will have a proven track record of implementing privacy measures and monitoring privacy compliance within a high-tech company.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of privacy policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with GDPR, US privacy laws, and other relevant global regulations.
Monitor all operational processes and procedures to ensure that the company is up to date with legal regulations and ethical standards.
Research, record and analyze data as part of regular compliance risk assessments to ensure that the business runs smoothly.
Liaison between department heads on and related compliance related issues.
Conduct regular assessments to determine whether policies are compliant with the law and internal policies and procedures of the company.
Advise and assist stakeholders in the company as part of certification or regulatory processes, such as information security certifications and company audits.
