We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support our founder in day-to-day operations, emphasizing fundraising and communications. The role combines remote work with regular in-person hours in Elifelet, with some evening availability to coordinate across time zones.
Requirements: Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update CRM to track donor and prospect activity, follow-ups, and grant deadlines
Assist with drafting and organizing written materials, including grant reports, fundraising content, and donor communications
Support general administration, including compliance tracking, scheduling, and event logistics
Manage email, phone, and WhatsApp communications and help keep records organized
Required Skills:
Fluent English (at a native language level) with excellent writing, communication, and documentation abilities
Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive with strong follow-through
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
Organized and tech-comfortable (Microsoft Office; CRM ; open to learning new tools)
Significant advantage: fundraising experience
