Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market and user research to uncover needs, trends, and opportunities, using insights to guide product decisions.
Define and drive the AI and GenAI Product Strategy, aligning it with business goals and customer experience objectives.
Translate business challenges into AI-driven opportunities and actionable product initiatives.
Work closely with internal teams and startups to design and TEST proof-of-concepts, validate ideas quickly, and scale successful solutions.
Create and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features based on data, feedback, and business value.
Collaborate with engineering, data, and design teams to ensure cohesive product delivery and smooth execution.
Requirements: Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in product management, preferably with exposure to AI, GenAI, or data -driven products.
Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning tools and frameworks (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Base44, Azure AI Studio, Bedrock).
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
Hands-on experience working with Agile teams and managing end-to-end product delivery.
Experience in financial, fintech, or insurance environments an advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data -driven decisions under tight deadlines.
Strong storytelling and communication skills, capable of inspiring diverse stakeholders and aligning them around a shared vision.
