The Metabolomics unit aims to develop new products based on biomolecules (secondary metabolites) as part of ICLs strategy to go into specialized bio-fertilizer products. The unit will be part of the biological R D center and composed of a cross-functional team of experts in molecular biology, genomics, bioinformatics, and plant analytical chemistry for molecule delivery and product analytics.
It will work in collaboration with field trials leaders from agronomy and other departments in R D, regulation, portfolio, and marketing.
The new unit will be responsible for the research and development of secondary metabolites aiming to improve the agricultural traits of various crops.
Requirements: M.S. with 5+ years or PhD with 2+ years of experience working in soil/plant biological-based product development.
Knowledge of and training in good experimental design and basic statistics
