What youll do:
Provide on-site support to end-users - troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Act as the go-to IT contact for employees
Work with Microsoft 365, servers, and IT infrastructure
Maintain workstations, printers, and peripherals
Deliver fast, friendly, professional service
Requirements:
Previous IT Support / Help desk experience
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, servers, and networking
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Independent, proactive, and service-oriented
