Smiths Detection Israel is looking for a full-time Service Logistics Coordinator for the Israel branch at Tel Aviv and Ben Gurion Airport as well as support for the entire IL service team.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. He/she will streamline communication provide logistics support and spare parts management at the various locations. The Logistics Coordinator will use all relevant computer systems and programs intended for this purpose to record the data in order to be able to produce monthly reports.

אחריות על הזנת נתונים יומית של דוחות שירות ותחזוקה ושמירה על מידע מדויק ועדכני. וידוא הגשת דוחות יומיים במערכת ServiceMax. איסוף נתונים מכלי דיווח והכנת תיעוד בהתאם לדרישות. ניהול הזמנות חלפים, הזמנות מלאי וניהול מלאי במערכת, כולל התאמה לחשבוניות חודשיות. תמיכה בהטמעת SVMX, הזנת חוזים ותוכניות תחזוקה מונעת (PM). ניהול תהליכי Work Orders לתקלות ותחזוקה מונעת. איסוף ודיווח חודשי של נתוני EHS. מתן תמיכה לוגיסטית באתר נתבג, כולל קבלה, שילוח וטיפול ב-RMA. ניהול מלאי חלפים באתר בהתאם למלאי. ביצוע ספירות מלאי תקופתיות ועבודה מול ספקים, עמיל מכס ומנהל השירות.
דרישות
אוריינטציה שירותית גבוהה, עצמאות, גישה מעשית ויכולת עבודה בריבוי משימות ובלחץ. שליטה ביישומי Office. ידע או נכונות ללמוד SAP ו-ServiceMax. עברית ברמת שפת אם, אנגלית טובה בכתב ובדיבור. המשרה מיועדת לנשים ולגברים כאחד.
