We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Back Office Administrator to join our growing team.
In this critical support role, you will manage essential business operations including logistics coordination, order processing, stock control and basic accounting.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high attention to detail, working at speed without sacrificing accuracy, and building strong internal and external relationships.
Requirements: Order Management:
o Manage purchase orders accurately within our ERP system.
o Liaise internally and externally to ensure smooth processing and order fulfilment.
o Track order statuses and escalate any issues
Stock and Inventory Control:
o Conduct daily liaison with our wholesale partner regarding incoming shipments, stock levels and customer orders.
o Monitor inventory levels and initiate reordering as required.
o Ensure accurate stock records and reporting.
Accounting Support:
o Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking.
o Support reconciliation of accounts and expense reporting.
o Collaborate with the finance team for month-end process.
Administrative Duties:
o Maintain updated databases and filing systems.
o Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
