A global technology company based in Herzliya is looking for an experienced FP A Business Partner to join its finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning Forecasting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with business units, providing financial guidance and translating data into actionable strategic recommendations.
Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, monitor key financial metrics, identify trends, and deliver meaningful business insights.
Process Improvement: Drive improvements in FP A processes, enhance automation, and optimize financial reporting efficiency.
Requirements: 3+ years of FP A experience, preferably in a medium-to-large organization or a publicly traded company.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting. MBA or CPA - an advantage.
Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
Excellent communication, analytical, and business partnering skills.
AI-driven mindset - proactive approach to leveraging AI solutions to improve financial processes and efficiency.
Advanced Excel skills - required.
Experience with BI tools or financial systems - an advantage.
Fluent English, both written and spoken - required.
