Lead the R&D teams.
Partner with the CTO to define the technology vision and strategy of the company, take full ownership of execution and the underlying technology components.
Co-op with the head of product and maintain a fluid project delivery and on demand requirements.
Manage the various platforms development life cycle: gantt, architecture design, development, testing and deployment.
Apply best-in-class standards for design patterns, methodologies, processes, tools.
Recruit, train and develop each R&D team member.
Provide technical authority to your teams by demonstrating a hands-on leadership style.
Set the R&D roadmap including goals and KPIs, monitor actual performance and provide ongoing feedback.

We are looking for an Product Team Lead who is able to Manage the product team of the company.
The person should have an in depth understanding of how people and businesses operate.
Remarkable analytic skills, knows and understands data and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
Responsibilities:
1.Gathering customer requirements and formulating them into PRD/ User Story/ other relevant documents to be used as product roadmap by R&D.
2.Manage all of the product lifecycle stages for each upcoming feature.
3.Serving as focal point for the companys product and guiding product team / R&D teams during an ongoing development in all product-related issues including product development cycles, scope changes etc.
4.Drive product launches along with marketing, sales, and other product and project managers.
5.Guide and mentor the product team to excellence.
