. Manage day-to-day Technical Support to full turnkey sub-contractor manufacturing sites
Respond immediately to production issues, troubleshoot equipment and process failures, and implement effective corrective actions.
Serve as the technical interface between the subcontractors production and the R D team.
Collaborate with QA team to address nonconformities, support investigations, and implement solutions.
Lead yield-improvement activities by analyzing production data, identifying root causes, and implementing process enhancements.
Lead activities of manufacturing jigs, fixtures, and production tools design and maintenance to improve manufacturability.
Support implementation of engineering changes (ECOs).
Participate in the ramp-up activities - establishment, training, and integration of subcontractors.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or production support in manufacturing company.
Experience within the medical device industry (big advantage), including work in regulated environments (ISO 13485 / FDA/ CE).
Proven experience with NPI / TTP.
Hands-on experience with production tooling, fixtures, and mechanical assemblies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to work independently on the production floor.
Ability to collaborate effectively with subcontractors, internal R D, and Quality teams.
Fluent in verbal and written English communication.
