Lead the execution of complex technology programs focused on Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, and advanced software systems. In this role, you will partner with engineering, product, and customer teams to drive multidisciplinary R D projects from concept through production, ensuring successful delivery of innovative Computer Vision solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of multidisciplinary Computer Vision and AI development projects.
Gather business and customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications and executable project plans.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, priorities, and resource allocation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Computer Vision Engineers, AI Researchers, software engineers, QA, Systems Engineering, and Product Management.
Monitor project execution, identify risks, resolve technica
Requirements: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
3+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, AI, Computer Vision, or another technical development role.
5+ years of experience managing technical projects, R D programs, or software development initiatives.
Strong technical understanding of Computer Vision, AI, Machine Learning, or complex software systems.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and customer-facing technical projects.
Excellent planning, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced R D organization.
Experience working with modern AI-powered development tools is an advantage.
