We are looking for an experienced, highly organized Administrative Assistant with proven hands-on experience working with Priority ERP, to manage the companys day-to-day administrative and office operations.
Position scope: 80%-100%
Location work mode: Onsite work from the companys offices in Bnei Brak (not hybrid / not remote)
Responsibilities
Ongoing office administration: phone calls, emails, filing, and document management
Full hands-on work with Priority ERP, including:
o Purchase orders
o Goods receipt
o Invoice processing and filing
Vendor coordination: quotes, orders, follow-ups, and communication
Digital document management ( SharePoint / shared folders)
Requirements: Mandatory Requirements
Recent and proven hands-on experience with Priority ERP - mandatory
Previous experience in office administration / office management
English reading level sufficient for daily work
High level of organization, responsibility, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
