are seeking a Customer Success Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full order cycle: receiving, entering, and confirming customer orders*
Monitor and track deliveries in coordination with the production and logistics teams*
Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding delivery schedules and updates*
Handle customer scorecards, provide feedback internally, and ensure continuous improvement*
Define and update supply priorities in collaboration with the production and planning teams*
Identify and resolve potential issues proactively to meet customer expectations*

Previous experience in customer service, order management, or customer success preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
English- mother tongue level must
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in English written and verbal
Proven experience working with international customers
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
