About the Role
* End-to-end product lifecycle ownership from planning through delivery & optimization
* Conduct data-driven product optimization through A/B testing, data analysis, and market research on a daily basis
* Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product experiences (Customer Success, Data, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal)
* Create wireframes and UX flows to solidify product strategy into new features and products
* Make dreams come true - help aspiring business owners bring their business to life.
Requirements: * An analytical B.A./B.Sc. from a leading academic institution (advantage for entrepreneurship programs such as Zell, Adelson, We, Coller Ignite, TAU Up, etc.).
* 2 years of experience in product management.
* Experience working in a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in making an idea come to life (a startup, big project, etc.).
* Good understanding of UI/UX - at the end of the day, it all comes down to good old-fashioned user experience.
* Familiarity with market research, business analysis, and product techniques.
* Ability to understand, discuss, and communicate technical concepts, prioritization, and risk assessment.
* English proficiency and experience working with English speakers - many of our users, as well as many of our team members, are English native.
* A huge fan of collaboration - we’re looking for someone who knows how to engage, collaborate, and motivate others to foster healthy discussions.
