What youll be doing :
Have full ownership of category performance including forecasting, monitoring, reporting on the business, along with contributing to driving projects and trading strategy to achieve business goals.
Define our Markets assortment and constantly update it at a store level to meet customer needs and optimise order economics.
Lead effective negotiations with suppliers to establish joint goals, improve cost structure, and sustainably grow the P&L.
Influence the design of the categories, as well as contribute to new product groups and improve the customer experience to deliver growth.
Create business plans for new opportunities and develop and execute project plans for the launch of new features, incorporating merchandising and pricing strategies.

To succeed in the goal of making supply a non-issue in all countries, we are now looking for Regional Courier Supply Leads to own the topic for each region. You are part of the global team that continues to generate deeper knowledge and capabilities, while maintaining strong collaboration with key stakeholders in your region (especially local Head of Operations) to align on strategic direction and ensuring local context is always considered.
In this role you are responsible for meeting the set KPIs on courier acquisition which directly fuel customer and courier experience and need to act proactively to meet the targets. This is not an easy role, and requires a versatile skill set to succeed. This role includes frequent collaboration and alignment with Operations Managers, local onboarding teams, Courier Marketing, Procurement, Product, and Analytics on top of great analytical skills. What You'll Be Doing:

The Trust & Safety team is looking for an Operations Manager to build solutions to ensure that we reduce and respond to safety incidents on our platform. You'll grow familiar with our three audiences Consumers, employees and Merchants, and become a point person for all things Safety & Response. Youll have a comprehensive understanding of how safety incidents are reported to us on the platform and, most importantly, how we respond to ensure the best possible experience for our Consumer, employees, and Merchant partners.
