We are currently seeking a dedicated IT professional who possesses exceptional communication abilities, comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices, and a profound technical proficiency in IT operations within both Mac and Windows environments.
The position is with our IT Service Desk team, where the candidate will provide dynamic support in a collaborative environment, handling internal requests, setting up new computer systems, and delivering essential IT support.
Responsibilities:
Oversee various aspects of the office IT infrastructure, including its design, implementation, and user engagement
Provide technical support in both MacOS and Windows environments.
Manage IT-related procedures for employee onboarding and offboarding
Facilitate the setup of new computer systems and user accounts
Provide support for video conferencing, including audio and visual configurations
Assist with audio/visual setups for corporate presentations and events
Manage the procurement process for IT equipment.
Requirements: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in an IT role, preferably in an office network setting
Demonstrated technical expertise in either Mac or Windows environments
Solid understanding of Office 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Basic knowledge of networking principles
Experience with both Apple and PC hardware
High-level problem-solving skills, service orientation, and an aptitude for self-directed learning
Availability for after-hours work, including nights and weekends, in case of emergencies
Strong commitment to customer service and a keenness for continuous learning
