We are looking for a motivated Documentation Specialist to join the Knowledge and Training team and make a significant impact on our Operations department and the company's success! As a Documentation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to provide high quality, accurate technical documentation that enables our market-facing teams to understand, configure, and deploy products. The Technical writer will work closely with our product team, development team, and marketing team to create accurate, clear, and concise user guides, manuals, process documentation, and other technical materials. This is a hybrid position in the following cities: Jerusalem or Tel-Aviv Israel. This role reports to the Director of Knowledge and Training.
What you will be responsible for:
* Owning the production, organization, and maintenance of high-quality technical and product support documentation, including how-to guides, troubleshooting, and technical playbooks.
* Collaborating with key teams (Product, Developers, Operations) to update documentation based on product releases.
* Partnering with Go-To-Market teams to create and store new process documentation in the knowledge base.
* Analyzing written and recorded content for reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
* Monitoring and optimizing the usage of the Knowledge Base, Oracle (internal GPT tool), and other support tools, adjusting based on feedback.
* Managing the Knowledge Council including triage and delegation of creation of team specific support material and documentation.
* Reviewing and editing team documentation for consistency, and providing training on standards and tools.
* Integrating GPT into knowledge systems, tools, and processes, and overseeing GPT-related projects.
The top candidate will also have:
* Experience in working with engineers and developers.
* KCS Certification
* Experience with ChatGPT (related to documentation and knowledge capture)

Requirements: To be a Documentation Specialist at you need to have:
* 2+ years of experience in technical writing or a similar role
* Mother tongue English
* Proficiency in using documentation tools and software like Zendesk, Confluence, or similar.
* Experience working with Product Development teams
