we looking for you, a talented and motivated Physicist with a strong background in thermodynamics to join our Process Group. The ideal candidate is experienced with thermal calculations and simulations, particularly in multidisciplinary machines and applications with heating elements. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop, analyze, and optimize thermal processes critical to our Advanced Manufacturing Electronics (AME) development.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform thermal calculations and simulations to design, analyze and optimize the performance of machines with heating elements.
* Develop and build accurate simulation models for various components and systems.
* Improve quantitative measurements and experiment methodologies.
* Analyze and summarize experiments, push for system design, based on conclusions.
* Experiments will include systems characterization, understanding physical and chemical mechanisms, and defining critical parameters.
* Hands-on experiments execution.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of thermal solutions into the printing system.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in thermal analysis and simulation technologies.
* Document all findings, methodologies, and recommendations in detailed technical reports.
* Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and departments as needed.
Requirements: * M.Sc. in Physics/Engineering - a must, Ph.D. advantage
* Proven industry record of minimum 5 years a must
* Experience from 2D/3D printing industry - Inkjet system, sintering, curing, drying related projects advantage.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions
* Knowledge in chemistry advantage
* Knowledge in PCB design advantage
* Highly self-motivated, drive for success, proactive, problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Fluent English
