Were looking for a skilled professional to lead multidisciplinary projects involving Hardware (HW), Software (SW), and Mechanical (Mech) components, managing complex cross-functional developments and collaborating with global stakeholders. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality ATE products, ensuring seamless integration across engineering domains. What You Will Be Doing:
* Define project scope, objectives, components, integration points, dependencies, and timelines in collaboration with HW, SW, and Mech development teams, as well as cross-functional stakeholders.
* Partner with Product Management, R&D, and other teams to prioritize project deliverables, aligning with stakeholder expectations and business goals.
* Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans, ensuring alignment across engineering, Quality Assurance, integration, and other relevant teams.
* Facilitate cross-disciplinary coordination to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of project milestones.
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks, implementing contingency plans to prevent disruptions in project delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust to support seamless project execution and strategic business objectives.
* Drive execution excellence and continuous improvement by implementing best practices for multidisciplinary project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Owns pillar/squad specific reporting on progress, roadmap updates, internal metrics, risk management, communication plan, go-to-market activities and hold people accountable to ensure business goals are met
Lead initiatives/projects by staying aligned on scope, business goals, operational model and securing cross-functional alignment
Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with internal/external stakeholders
