Required Account Executive
As an Account Executive, you will become a crucial part of our sales team, responsible for sales strategy and execution.
This is a highly hands-on role where you will be actively involved in prospecting, building a go-to-market outbound engine, and creating comprehensive sales playbooks. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and ensure our sales processes are scalable and repeatable.

Role overview:

Main responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and KPIs
Implement a robust sales strategy aligned with company objectives
Develop sales playbooks that outline best practices and strategies
Implement a sales outbound engine that drives predictable growth
Actively engage in prospecting activities to build a strong client pipeline
Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in target companies
Continuously refine and optimize the sales process based on feedback
Work closely with marketing, product, and R&D teams to maximize sales opportunities
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements: Proven experience in a hands-on AE roles in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Excellent prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building skills
Exceptional team management abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
Experience selling to CFOs and finance teams is preferable.
